Yes, you can change to a new card if you have broken or lost your Shell ClubSmart card. Simply visit your nearest Shell station to pick up a new Shell ClubSmart card and contact our customer service officer. Our customer service officer will gladly help you to deactivate your old card and renew your details in the new card. We will not charge you for a replacement card, but there will be a 15 points deduction from your account.
